The practical details.
Do I need a reference image?
No. You can choose a look and describe the result. Signature reference packs guide creative services when ready. If you upload a reference, explain any traits you want used; your photograph remains the authority for the person.
What file is included?
Your standard finished JPEG and actual pixel dimensions are included. An optional enlargement solves a separate output need. Editable source/layer files are not automatically included.
Can I ask for changes?
Two targeted refinements are included per image. Technical failures do not use that allowance. A new source, different concept or additional finished variation needs separately agreed scope.
When can I order?
Free assessments are available now. Each production route opens only after its processing, quality checks and delivery are validated. No payment is collected for a route still in setup.
How are my photos handled?
Studio uploads and plans require sign-in and are private. Necessary derivatives may be sent to processing providers when you request the relevant service. Provider retention rules apply. Read our privacy information and submit only images you have permission to use.
